Rules
Eligibility for Examinations
Students must maintain a minimum of 85% attendance during the academic term to be eligible to appear for the examinations. Students with attendance shortages may be allowed to sit for exams only after receiving special approval from the principal, provided valid reasons are presented (e.g., medical emergencies).
Examination Timetable and Notifications:
The examination schedule will be released two weeks before the start of exams and shared through the school notice board, online portal, and parent communication channels. Any changes in the schedule due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather conditions) will be promptly communicated.
Rules for Conduct in the Examination Hall
Students must carry their admit card, school ID card, and necessary stationery to the examination hall. Borrowing items during the exam is not permitted. Students are expected to sit in their designated seats and follow the seating plan strictly. Absolute silence must be maintained during the exam. Any communication, verbal or non-verbal, will be considered a breach of rules. Mobile phones, smart watches, calculators (unless permitted), and other electronic devices are strictly prohibited inside the examination hall.
Attendance during Examinations
Students must report to school 30 minutes before the start of the examination. Latecomers will not be permitted to enter the exam hall after the first 15 minutes unless a valid reason is presented. Absence during exams will be excused only in genuine cases such as medical emergencies, supported by a valid medical certificate. No re-examinations will be conducted for students absent without prior intimation or a valid reason.
Submission of Answer Sheets
Students must write their name, roll number, and other required details correctly on the answer sheet before starting the exam. At the end of the examination, students must hand over the answer sheets to the invigilator. Leaving the examination hall without permission or before the exam ends will not be allowed.
